Eyelash Extensions are used to enhance the look of one’s natural lashes. It is a non-invasive procedure that lengthens your natural lashes, with options to change the thickness and curl.
Eyelash Extensions are safe as long as the procedure is done by a certified and highly experienced lash technician.
Please refrain from wearing any makeup, or products that contain oils around the eye area. If you do happen to be wearing eye makeup, be prepared to remove it before your appointment. The oil from these products can be very hard to remove, this can affect the way your lashes adhere and how long they last.
You can choose your own style freely. In case you do need assistance, our lash specialists will give you their professional advice based on your eye shape, face shape, and your needs. If you would like to receive their expert opinion please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
The eyelash extensions will not damage your natural lashes. Remember our own natural lashes have their own cycle where they fall out and new lashes grow back, just like our hair. The cycle of our natural lashes takes 2-3 months. Be aware that our natural lashes shed during certain periods of the year. Our lash technicians will never allow you to make a choice that will result in any damage to your natural lashes.
The lash extensions can last for 3-6 weeks or longer, this is all based on how you take care of them. We always recommend coming back for a refill every 2-3 weeks.
No, never apply mascara to your eyelash extensions.
Allow the glue to dry for about 6 hours after the process. After that 6 hour period has passed you may return to your regular routine!
Yes, however only the liquid- based serum can be used one – two weeks after eyelash extensions application.
Do not get your lashes wet for the first 6 hours after your appointment, the glue must dry completely. Do not use waterproof eyeliner, or any type of mascara. Also, avoid using oil- based makeup remover, you can use anything that is water based. To cleanse your lashes daily, use Lash Shampoo. Refrain from rubbing your eyes, or pulling out the lashes.
Don’t get too close to fire, your lashes are now longer than what you are used to! The fire will burn these lashes, and possibly cause some serious damage! Avoid direct heat from the sun, this exposure for long periods of time can cause your lashes to fall out. If you gave any concerns such as being allergic to glue, tell us ASAP so we can do an allergy test before the application process.

Brow Lamination is a non-invasive 5-step procedure that manipulates the direction of your
brow hairs to achieve a fuller, fluffier look. After cleansing the brows, we use adhesive, a
perming solution, setting solution, and finish off by replenishing any proteins or nutrients
stripped from your brow hairs with a nourishing treatment. The products we use contain a
protein composition that includes keratin to create a protective film around the hair, encouraging
Brow Lamination usually lasts 6-8 weeks, but may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, your
brow hair’s natural growth cycle/type, and ability to follow the aftercare.
Brow Lamination is the perfect service to get if you aren’t ready to commit to a
semi-permanent procedure, but still want to walk away with fuller-looking brows. However, there
are some factors that can affect your results or can cause a negative reaction to the service. If
any of the below apply to you, then Brow Lamination may not be the best service for you at this
- Pregnant and/or breastfeeding
- Alopecia or any medical conditions that cause hair loss
- Super fine hairs
- Sensitive skin
Henna Brows is a treatment that stains your skin and hair in a defined shape to give you a
fuller brow look.
If both the pre-care and aftercare are followed properly, then your Henna Brows can last up
to 2 weeks on your skin and up to 4-6 weeks on your hairs. Results may vary depending on skin
type, hair type, and lifestyle.
Henna Brows is a great option to get the perfect filled-in look, tinting both your brow hairs
and your skin in your desired shape. However, if any of the following apply to you, then our
Henna Brows service may not be the best option for you at this time:
- Pregnant and/or breastfeeding
- Naturally very oily skin
- Very sensitive skin
- Already have dark and full brows
- Irritated or wounded skin around the brow area
- Allergic or sensitive to hair dyes (including PPD)
- Allergic or sensitive to Henna
Our semi-permanent brow procedures are great for those who want to have waterproof,
sweat proof and smudge proof brows, with the added benefit of saving time in your makeup
routine! However, there are some factors that can prevent someone from being a good
candidate. If any of the following apply to you, then our Microblading, Ombré Powder, and
Hybrid Brows services may not be best for you at this time:
- Under 18
- Pregnant and/or breastfeeding
- Currently taking blood thinners
- Allergic to certain metals and/or any topical/local anesthetics
- Prone to keloid scarring
- HIV/HPV Positive, or has a blood disease (Hemophilia, Methemoglobinemia, etc.)
- History of blood clots, cardiovascular issues, hyperpigmentary skin conditions on the
face (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, etc.), autoimmune diseases, diabetes, etc.
- Other serious medical/skin conditions
If you’re unsure whether or not you may be a good candidate, please book a free 15 minute
consultation with our brow technician to find out if semi-permanent makeup is right for you.
Microblading uses micro-needles to lightly glide across the skin’s surface to resemble natural
hair strokes, while Ombré Powder uses a single needle machine to “tattoo” the desired shape to
create a natural filled-in look. Hybrid Brows is a technique that combines both Microblading and
Ombré Powder to achieve the ultimate natural brow. Microblading and Hybrid Brows are best for
those who have gaps in their brows or a lack of hair, but may not be the best option for those
with large pores, deep wrinkles or moles on the brow area, or sensitive skin. However, Ombré
Powder is a good and safe choice for everyone, as long as none of the listed issues in the
previous question apply to you.
Please avoid waxing, threading or tweezing your brows at least a week before your
appointment. We want your brows to grow in as much as possible before your appointment so
that we can achieve the most natural results with whatever shape you decide on. Any extra
hairs will be removed during the appointment.
Absolutely! Whether you have big bushy brows or not a single hair in sight, you can still
benefit from semi-permanent brows! Book a free 15 minute consultation with our brow
technician and she will help you decide which of the three services will be best for your skin and
Microblading lasts anywhere from 1-2 years, while Ombré Powder and Hybrid will last
anywhere from 1-3 years. Length of retention will vary depending on many factors, such as ink
colour, medical history, skin type, amount of sun exposure/tanning, medications, skincare
regimen, proper aftercare, and more.
Microblading uses micro-needles to lightly glide across the skin’s surface to resemble hair
strokes, while Ombré Powder uses a single needle machine to “tattoo” the desired shape to
create a natural filled-in look. Generally speaking, pain levels are usually 2-3/10, however
Ombré Powder is a better choice for those with low pain tolerance as it is less invasive than
Microblading. We use top-grade topical anesthetics to numb the area to the best of our abilities,
and continue numbing the area throughout the procedure as much as you need us to. We do
our best to make it the most comfortable experience for you as possible, and encourage you to
voice any discomforts during the procedure.
The overall healing process lasts about 14 days, while colour can take up to 30 days to
redevelop after scabs have fallen off. Please see the timeline below for a detailed explanation of
what to expect:
- Day 1-3: Brows will appear very dark, and surrounding skin may be red or inflamed. Day
4-7: Your brows will begin to scab over and will appear patchy and feel itchy.
- Day 8-14: Once all the scabs have fallen off, the pigment may appear to be very light.
- Day 15-30+: The pigment will start to slowly come back and will reveal your final results.
After 6-8 weeks, you can come in for a scheduled touch up where we can either darken the colour, fix the shape, etc.
*Keep in mind, your Microbladed/Ombré Powder/Hybrid brows will lighten between 30-70%, and
will shrink between 10-20%.
Think of semi-permanent makeup as a low maintenance cosmetic enhancement, rather than
“no maintenance”. Most clients come for yearly to bi-yearly touch ups to maintain the desired
colour and shape. Since everyone’s skin is different, it is best to keep an eye on your healed
brows and come back as much as you think is necessary. Remember to always wait a minimum
of 6-8 weeks between appointments to allow your skin the proper time to heal itself as to avoid
permanent scarring of the tissue.
We do not touch up other artists’ work, so our touch up prices are only for existing clients. If
the previous work on your brows have faded and you would like to come to us to get your brows
done, you can book a free 15 minute consultation with our brow technician so she can examine
the previous work and see if they’ve faded enough for her to work with them. Please understand
there are certain factors that we must take into consideration, which is why we are unable to
touch up other artist’s work, such as types of inks used, whether or not proper techniques were
