3 WEEKS PRIOR:
Facials, chemical peels, waxing, tinting, Microdermabrassion, and any chemical exfoliation.
A WEEK PRIOR:
Direct sun tanning/fake tanning (including tanning beds and spray tans).
72 HOURS PRIOR:
Smoking (tobacco, marijuana, etc.)
24 HOURS PRIOR:
Caffeine, alcohol, fish oil, Aspirin, Ibuprofen (Advil), Acetaminophen (Tylenol), pain killers, sleep medications, cough syrup, Vitamin E.
